SOLD OUT until February 2025. Sadly, aging cheese takes time. Sorry!
We *do* have a very limited supply of approx 0.75 lb blocks of Sharp available at a reduced price. It has a knobbly appearance but is otherwise the same delicious Sharp. I wouldn’t recommend a store carrying it unless your customer base is very understanding.
A yellow cheddar made with pasteurized milk and aged up to 12 months. The 12 month aging period gives this cheese a strong flavor and craveable depth.

I live in a very small town with no grocery store. The closest store is 25 miles away and they don’t carry anything other than the typical Kraft, Sargento, et al. cheeses. Being able to order this cheddar cheese and have it delivered to my front door is awesome. Best thing – it actually arrived a day early!

Excellent taste and texture. Good on all the different crackers I tried as well as shredding some for nachos and enchilladas. I’m thinking it would also serve well on cheesy broccoli or a cheese soup.
